These terms explain what you receive when you buy Your Day and how you may use the ClubPH website and book. ClubPH is operated by Ukrainian sole proprietor Yurii Serhiiovych Rozora (ФОП Розора Юрій Сергійович).

The product and price

Your Day is a digital PDF book with printable trackers, sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription or a physical product. The price shown on the book page is in USD; any applicable taxes or adjustments shown at checkout are presented by Creem before you pay. Only the product described at checkout is included. The upcoming full book and bundle are separate products.

Checkout and delivery

Creem is the merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. Creem processes payment and provides its buyer terms and receipt. Access to the digital book is provided after confirmed payment. Our Refund & Delivery Policy explains the seven-day guarantee and what to do if access fails.

Personal use

Your purchase permits you to download and use the book for your own personal, non-commercial reading and to print the trackers for your own use. Copyright remains with the rights holder. Please do not resell, upload publicly, distribute copies, or use the book in another paid product without written permission from ClubPH.

Wellness education, not medical care

ClubPH materials are for general education and wellness. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for qualified professional care. Traditional practices are discussed with their limitations and with varying levels of modern evidence. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional about personal health concerns, especially before changing care or trying a practice that may not be suitable for you. Individual experiences differ, and no specific health outcome is promised.

Website information

We aim to keep product details accurate and may correct errors or update this site. Changes to prices or products apply to future purchases, not purchases already completed. We may update these terms for future use of the site; the version available when you buy applies to that purchase, except where law requires otherwise.

Contact office@clubph.com about the book or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law. Creem’s Buyer Terms also apply to purchases through its checkout.
