Refund & Delivery Policy

Your Day is a digital PDF book from ClubPH, operated by Ukrainian sole proprietor Yurii Serhiiovych Rozora (ФОП Розора Юрій Сергійович). No physical item is shipped. We want you to be able to read it and try a routine without worrying about the purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us at office@clubph.com or use the support option in your Creem purchase receipt. Please include the email address used at checkout and, if available, your order number so we can find the purchase. You may request a refund even after opening or downloading the book.

Creem processes the payment as merchant of record and issues the refund to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear can depend on the payment provider. This seven-day promise is in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Digital delivery

The purchase is for the Your Day PDF and the printable trackers described on the book page. Access is provided after a successful payment through the checkout flow and the purchase email. The future full ClubPH Life Guide and bundle are not included in a Your Day purchase.

If the download or email does not arrive, check the spam folder and the email address entered at checkout, then contact office@clubph.com. We will help restore access or refund you.
