This policy describes how ClubPH uses personal information in connection with this book website, purchases, support requests, and the early list when it becomes available.

Who handles your information

ClubPH is operated by Ukrainian sole proprietor Yurii Serhiiovych Rozora (ФОП Розора Юрій Сергійович), who is responsible for the information ClubPH receives to provide the book and respond to you. Contact us at office@clubph.com. Creem runs the payment checkout as merchant of record and handles payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Information we receive

• Website use: our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, pages requested, and error or security logs to operate and protect the site.
• Purchases: Creem collects checkout and payment details. ClubPH may receive the name, email address, order details, and purchase status needed to deliver the book, answer questions, and handle refunds.
• Messages: if you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to respond.
• Early-list signup: if and when the list is enabled, we will use the email you submit to send updates about the full book and collection. Purchase alone does not sign you up for marketing email.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate and secure the website, provide purchased content and support, manage refunds and records, meet legal obligations, and send collection updates only when you separately request them. Depending on where you live, these purposes may rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or your consent.

Sharing and retention

We share information with providers that support hosting, checkout, file delivery, and email when those services are used. We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed outside your country, including where our providers operate. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, security, records, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it where appropriate.

Cookies and external services

This site does not currently use marketing cookies. Payment occurs on Creem’s checkout, which may use its own cookies and technologies. Links to YouTube and other external sites are governed by those sites’ policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information held by ClubPH, or object to or restrict certain uses, where applicable law provides those rights. You can opt out of any collection-update emails using the unsubscribe link in the message. For payment information held by Creem, use its privacy controls or contact Creem directly. Contact ClubPH at office@clubph.com with privacy questions or requests. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
